Patrick O’Leary brings a wealth of experience to Clear Rate communications as Chairman of the Board. He was one of the pioneers of telecommunications growth and led several Michigan-based companies to their success over the past few decades. O’Leary’s expertise in technology, finance, and operations combined with his extensive knowledge of the needs of Michigan-based businesses will be instrumental to driving Clear Rate to its next phase of growth.

Stephen Oyer, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO at Clear Rate Communications, Stephen Oyer is responsible for leading the executive team and driving the company to its next phase of growth. Oyer brings over three decades of executive level experience in IT, Cloud, Data Center, and networking. He has extensive experience and a successful track record of driving profitability and growth at multiple companies within the telecommunications sector. Stephen most recently held the position of President at US Signal from 2001 to 2020.

Sam H. Namy, Chief Financial Officer

Sam Namy is co-founder of Clear Rate Communications and has been instrumental in the growth of the company including the opening of twenty new markets. Namy has a wealth of experience in combining financial information with business operations to ensure both profitability and growth. In his role as CFO, he is responsible for strategic planning and overseeing financial accounting and reporting, capital expenditures, and billing systems.

Tom Abraham, Chief Revenue Officer

Tom Abraham is a proven sales leader with thirty years of success in the telecommunications industry. He has overseen successful deployments of a broad range of voice and data services to various businesses with large bandwidth applications and demands. At Clear Rate, his team is responsible for providing technology solutions that help customers grow their business and improve efficiency.

Doug Black, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Doug Black brings over thirty years of senior leadership experience in telecommunications including fiber, wireless, voice, and data center technologies. Over the decades, he has provided strategic and tactical leadership managing multiple teams including network and field operations, engineering, IT, provisioning, order entry and order management, outside plant, customer care, repair, OSS/BSS, network relations, regulatory, software development, technical support, and sales engineering.

Julie Kraemer, Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Julie Kraemer leads all of Clear Rate's branding, PR, and communications. She is an accomplished marketing leader with over thirty years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Kraemer has worked for large Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, fast-growing technology companies. She is an expert at successfully raising brand awareness and expanding market share using an integrated and multi-faceted marketing approach.

Director of Human Resources

Shoneizi Lang, Director of Human Resources

Shoneizi Lang has nine years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has worked mainly in the automotive and telecom sectors, as well as HR consulting. Shoneizi specializes in creating efficiencies, strategies, and aligning corporate objectives. She is an expert in leadership coaching and development, and works to bring about organizational transformation using HR and business strategies. Lang has created and trained teams at multiple organizations.

Jason Hendrix, Executive Director of Consumer & SMB Services

Jason has been with Clear Rate for twelve years and has a wealth of institutional knowledge.  Hendrix made fundamental contributions to the initial growth phase through implementation of new services and geographical territories.   In the next growth phase, Jason has been tasked with ensuring the enhancement of staff specialization, sales strategies and customer life cycle management.
