A username and password is required to submit support tickets.
Go to Clear Rate’s Bill Center at https://clearrate.billcenter.net/
To create a ticket: hover over Create & then click Ticket
Select the Service number related to the repair being reported
Under Priority select Open
Select the Ticket Type that best describes the issue being reported
Confirm the Contact Name, Contact Number and Contact Email is accurate
Enter a Description reporting the trouble this service is having
You can also attach a file, test result or any other supporting documents related to the issue being reported
Then click Submit Ticket!
